Shyam Arunachalam is a Chartered Accountant and Founder of Seertree Fintech Solutions Limited, the company behind Tijori and Kuber Treasury Management Solutions. He brings over 22 years of experience in delivering Oracle ERP solutions to customers across the US and the Middle East. Shyam has deep expertise in bank connectivity, payments integration, and trade finance solutions for Fortune 100 companies, and is now leveraging this experience to address critical gaps in existing ERP and Treasury Management Systems through Tijori and Kuber TMS.
Meshaal Alsinani
Co-Founder & CTO
With a Master's degree in Finance and professional experience across SAP and other leading technology vendors, Meshaal brings a rare combination of financial expertise and deep enterprise technology understanding. His approach to architecture is grounded in building systems that are scalable, secure, and designed for real-world financial complexity. He focuses on creating platforms that are not only technically strong, but also practical for treasury teams managing liquidity, banking relationships, cash visibility, trade finance, and financial operations at scale. Meshaal believes innovation should solve meaningful business problems, not just introduce complexity. His vision for TiJori is centered on rethinking treasury technology through clean architecture, intelligent automation, seamless integrations, and products that give finance leaders more control, speed, and clarity.
Head of Quality Assurance with 22+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, leading large-scale programs and enterprise solutions across global markets. Ex-Citi and ex-Polaris leader with deep expertise in investment banking, capital markets, and treasury. Drives operational excellence, innovation, and customer value through quality-led delivery.
A Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with strong expertise in Oracle EBS and treasury management solutions. She currently leads Kuber Treasury Management Solutions with a broader responsibility to assess systems end-to-end, ensuring process integrity, application stability, and accurate reporting. Operating with an architect-level view, she identifies gaps and improves overall system design, including redundancy and exception handling.
A seasoned Treasury and FX operations professional with over two decades of experience across global banking environments. Deep expertise in FX trading, cash management, treasury platforms, and end-to-end trade lifecycle management. Ex-Barclays leader driving delivery excellence and treasury solution implementation at Seertree.
A seasoned HR leader with 18+ years of experience across BFSI and IT, specializing in talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation. Plays a pivotal role in shaping Seertree's culture by building scalable people practices and fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce. Sharmila Krishnan
Head - Finance
Sharmila Krishnan is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Information Systems Auditor with over 21 years of experience in financial audit and compliance. She previously served as Manager – External Audits at Deloitte before transitioning to a finance leadership role at Seertree. Sharmila brings deep expertise in accounting and information systems compliance, ensuring that every associate at Seertree operates with a compliance-first mindset. In her role, she also oversees investor relations and reporting.
